mostly by The First Generation of Italians. Laronde Park is Now Owned by an American Company Called 6 Flags, So I am Connected To Pleasure and Fun, as that Park Attracts Thousands of People Each Year. |
| #2 | We Used to Live in St-Leonard in a 3-plex and My Father,Vincenzo had 2 Jobs back then, He Owned His Own Landscaping Business in the Day, and at Night He Was a Janitor For a Handicaped School Called Victor-Doré In Montreal. |

the 3-Plex and We Purchased 45 Acres of Land in Ste-Julie, on the South
Shore of Montreal and We Opened a Garden Center, called
Pépinière
Ste-Julie Inc. I was 10 years old when I Moved to Ste-Julie and I
Was
The Happiest Kid In The World. ™ Back then, Ste-Julie was a "La Petite
Ville à La Campagne" with a population of perhaps 10,000 people
only. I Was The Vice-President of Our Garden Center, Simply Amazing. My Dad Built A Big House Next Door To Our Store, Custom Built and We Invited a Priest to Bless The Store and The City. I Am The Only Person To Know That, and I Am Sharing This Here On My Website. So Ste-Julie is a Magical and Blessed City, Thanks To My Parents. We Had Tremendous Success With Our Garden Center, We Served Thousands of People Along The Way. |

School Degree In Mechanics, That Helped and Allowed Me to Service My Truck and My Cars, So It Was Useful For Me. |

Deliveries With My
1980 Ford F350 1 Ton Dump Truck
that I Served Thousands of Clients all over the South Shore. We also did
Paving Stone, Contracts, Drive-Ways, Patios, Walk-Ways Etc. With Permacon Products. |
| #6 | At Age 20 I Purchased a Brand New Car, My Beautiful 1988 Pontiac Sunbird For $14,500.00 Red Colour For Love and Passion and Back Then I was In Love With Sabrina Desgagné, We dated For 5 years, We Made Love In That Car, All Over The Place LoL, and We Made Love In Motels Too, and We Danced So Often at la Place-a-Mario Discoteque and other places too....Basically We had Tremendous Love and Passion and Kindness Towards Each Other. |
| #7 | After 5 Years We Broke up and it Took Me 8 Long Years to Get over Her, I Found Other Women, but I Simply Couldn't Stop Loving Her. |

| #9 | In 1990 I Began Selling Clearbrook Water Filters for Home Use, as Water Bottles were Expensive according to Me, and That was the Begining of Something New. I Would do Cold-calling Tele-Marketing to Home Owners and I did Manage To Achieve Success For I Was able to Personsally Install The Filters Myself. |
| #10 | Then I Joined Matol Botanical International Company that sold
a Beverage that was supposed to give you Energy, enriched with Potasium. and after several years they had a contest to attend a meeting in Hawaii and I was able to sell enough products and to also Pay my Way to Hawaii for 10 days. |
| #11 | While I was in Hawaii, My Sister was able to Track Me at the Meeting with an Urgent Phone call, asking me to go back home,as my Mother was Diagnosed with Cancer, (and I personally believe that the Matol Drink is what caused her to get cancer, as that product was a de-toxifier too) |
| #12 | When I arrived Back home, I Was totally Sad that My Mother, whom Everyone Loved at our Garden Center, was going to Die within 5 Months. |
| #13 | At her Funeral, there was a Long Line-up and I Must Have Cried a River, with My Father too, So many Tears For Her, She Died at a Young age, 58 Years old. |
| #14 | She Is In A Drawer, Musaliam Next to Boisvert Ford at Yves-Legaré Funeral Cemetary for 100 Years, and she has a Light on, on the Granite Wall. |
| #15 | I Must have visited Her at the Cemetary a 4000 Times if not More. I Know Without a Dought that She Is Alive. It's Written in the Bible. Dead People, are Not Dead, They are There to Help and Guide Us. |
| #16 | I took 1 Year off after She Passed Away, and Then I decided to Go back into Landscaping Business on My Own, and I Was The Only Landscaper In The World To Work Alone, with Top Notch Rented Machinery and a Laser For Prescision. |
| #17 | I Had The Pleasure of Meeting and Working for 12 Police Officers In Ste-Julie, and that alone, Was Pretty Unique. |
| #18 | When We Had our Garden Center in the 1990's My Dad Had a Dream to
Open a Club in Ste-Julie for The Italian Community and French Quebécois
Too, to Host Parties Several Times Per Year and at Christmas To Give
Each Child a Unique Gift. It took about 3 years for that dream to come
True, and they Labeled It, Club-Italo-Canadien de Ste-Julie. They
had soo much Fun and The Mayor Of Our City Was Totaly Touched by The Kindness That we Gave to Our Community. It was Incorporated In Canada, and My Father Was President since it was His Idea in the First Place, and to make a long Story short....some Stupid corrupted Bastard Italians members Stole the Club and The $15,000.00 that was in the Bank Account, and They Started Giving Italian-Lessons. That was Definately Not the Vocation of the Club. |

I Was Smart Enough To Avoid Anyone Who Did Smoke Pot or Drugs In Any Manner.
My Only Vice Was Smoking Cigarettes, Du Maurier, Back Then Most People Smoked, But I No Longer Smoke Today
